step 1.
Place your Order
There’s two ways you can do this:
- Once you’ve found the product you want, Click on Buy Now and fill out your details.
- You call us and give us your details, we’ll place the order for you.
step 2.
Make Payment
- This depends on your Location. pay before delivery if you wish.
- For orders within Nairobi Area, where we do home deliveries, you pay on delivery. You can also
- If you’re Outside Nairobi and Kiambu, We Deliver Via G4S. In this Case, you’re required to Pay delivery fees Only. Then the rest you can Pay when you pick up your goods.
Delivery Charge is Anywhere from KSh. 500-800 depending on the weight and location. - Use Our Lipa Na M-Pesa Buy Goods: 5847963
step 3.
Your requirement for a smooth delivery
- We call you as soon as you have placed your Order (If it’s during working hours)
- You will tell us when and how you want your product to be delivered.
- If you’re not around Nairobi, you choose the Nearest G4S Office to your location and when you’re available to pick up the goods.
step 4.
We're Almost there
- For Orders within Nairobi, we will send someone to deliver your goods personally at your chosen time. It’s safer If you Pay Via M-Pesa when the goods arrive, but even cash is acceptable.
- For Parcel, we ship your goods as soon as we’ve confirmed your delivery fees payment.
- We’ll send you a waybill number or parcel receipt to confirm that your order is in Transit. You’ll also use this in the next step
step 3. FINALLY.
Go Pick it up
- Again, G4S will contact you Once your Parcel has Arrived. The time it takes depends widely on your location.
- When you go to their Office, you’ll need a waybill number, which we sent to you.
- You’ll be handed your goods for Inspection, then once you’ve confirmed, use Our Lipa Na M-Pesa Till Number (appended in your parcel receipt) to pay the remaining amount, and you are good to go…
